ONE BREATH CREATIVE EXPERIENCE

BOOK & PREPARE

  1. BOOK ME- by selecting your session type, date and time.

  2. YOUR DETAILS- you will be invited to your online client portal, where you can access your session information, pay invoice to secure your booking, read my terms and complete a questionnaire so that we can plan your shoot;

  3. PAY BOOKING FEE- $200 to secure your booking (this needs to be done within 24 hours of receiving invoice please and will be taken off the final payment);

  4. CHAT TO ME- either in person, telephone or online to plan the session details and ask any questions. You will be provided with a comprehensive preparation guide for your session (your questionnaire must be completed before the call);

  5. SEVEN DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR SESSION- full payment is required (minus the booking fee);

  6. UNDERWATER SESSIONS- I will be checking the forecast and ocean conditions from 7 days out to your planned date and advise if we need to reschedule or change location.

SHOOT

  1. SHOOT DAY- let’s have some fun! You will receive an email or SMS from me 24 hours prior to your shoot to reconfirm location and meet time (for underwater shoots I will be in contact with you for the week prior to your shoot) - the more you put into your session, the more incredible your images will be, I promise!

  2. SNEAK PEAKS- I try to deliver sneak peek images from your shoot within 24- 48 hours of your session, straight to your in box.

DELIVERY DAY

  1. DELIVERY OF DIGITAL IMAGES- turnaround time is up to five weeks for delivery of your full online gallery of professionally edited, high resolution digital images;

  2. PRINT ORDERS- you can place orders directly from your online gallery. I have sourced a reputable Australian print lab who offers a wide selection of incredible high quality print products.

CELEBRATION

  1. THANK YOU- yay and a big thank you from me for trusting me to capture images for you;

  2. FEEDBACK- is appreciated so that I can continuously improve my services;

  3. DISCOUNT- to book your photographer again is a huge honour, so I offer a $100 discount on all sessions for returning clients;

  4. EXTRA PRINTS- you will have access to your online gallery for up to 12 months and can order additional print products at any time during that period.
